No. 58 (summer section) on the title page for the series. Printing variations: The first state of the print appears to have two boats by the distant shore, and the gap in the color blocks was plugged underneath the bridge. Shown here is a later state of the print, with a new color block for the distant shore and the gap beneath the bridge filled. It is usually assumed that the earlier impressions of a print must be the finest, but the earlier impressions of Evening Rain at Atake and Ohashi Bridge are not as rich as some of those which appeared later.
